**Job Title**: Showroom Executive (From Tiles Industry only)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Experience**: 2-5 years (Pleasant Personality with good communication skills may apply)

**Job Summary**

The Showroom Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, assisting customers in selecting tiles, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements for tiles and related products
- Assist customers in selecting suitable tiles based on space, budget, and design needs
- Assist in preparing quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales with Sales Managers.
- Maintain showroom display standards, cleanliness, and product arrangement
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and deliveries if required
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales data properly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Support marketing activities and showroom promotions
- Experience in retail/showroom sales
- Knowledge of tiles, ceramics, or interior products is an added advantage
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
