Event Based Social Media Marketing

Event - Tracknights:
Tracknights is an exciting upcoming track and field event, taking place under the floodlights. It's a celebration of athleticism and community, promising an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators alike.

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Interns to join our team and take charge of promoting Tracknights on social media platforms. You will work on crafting engaging content, running campaigns, and building buzz around the event both before and after it takes place.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to Tracknights.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering an active online community.

Collaborate on content creation, including graphics, videos, and stories.

Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Assist in live event coverage on social media platforms.

Ideate and execute post-event content to maintain audience engagement.

Who You Are:
A student or recent graduate with a passion for social media marketing and event promotion.

Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, scheduling tools, etc.).

Creative, proactive, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Enthusiastic about track and field events or sports in general (a plus).
