**Roles & Responsibilities**:_

**1. Social Media Graphics & Content Creation**
- Design creative and engaging **social media posts, reels, stories, and ads** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop **eye-catching thumbnails** for YouTube and video content.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and current trends.

**2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics**
- Edit **short-form and long-form videos** for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create **motion graphics, animated text, and transitions** for reels and video content.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video ideas.

**3. Branding & Logo Design**
- Design **logos and brand identity** for new and existing projects.
- Create **brand style guides** to maintain design consistency.
- Work on packaging, business cards, and other branding materials if required.

**4. Creative Strategy & Concept Development**
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Research **industry trends** to keep designs fresh and innovative.
- Develop mood boards and design concepts for campaigns.

**5. Software & Tools Management**
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with **Canva, Figma, and other design tools** is a plus.
- Optimize graphics and videos for different platforms and resolutions.
- **Key Skills Required**:_

✔ Strong graphic design and layout skills
✔ Creativity and attention to detail
✔ Social media content design experience
✔ Video editing and motion graphics expertise
✔ Ability to work under deadlines
✔ Knowledge of UI/UX design (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
