Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information on studying abroad and the services we offer.
- Qualify leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Ensure high call quality and productivity by following established processes and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of prospects
- Communicate with prospective students over the phone or through virtual platforms to understand their educational background, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about the MBBS programs offered by various universities abroad, including admission requirements, curriculum, and facilities.
- Maintain regular communication with students to address their queries and concerns.
- Keep updating the latest developments in the medical education sector and provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
