**Position**: AutoCad Designer - Foundry
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Location**: Uluberia
**Industry**: Foundry / Metal Casting / Manufacturing

**Key Skills & Tools**:
**AutoCAD** - For 2D drafting and design.
**Trio** - Specialized tool for foundry pattern and tooling design.
**SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / Siemens NX** - For 3D modeling of castings, assemblies, and tooling.
**Magmasoft / ProCAST / AnyCasting** - (If applicable) Simulation tools for casting process validation.
**MS Office tools** - For documentation, BOM preparation, and reporting.

Basic knowledge of **GD&T**, **manufacturing tolerances**, and **material behavior** in casting processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and modify 2D & 3D models of cast components, patterns, and core boxes.
Collaborate with the production and NPD team for tooling development and design validation.
Optimize gating/riser systems for better yield and mínimal defects (if simulation tools are used).
Maintain drawing documentation and revisions based on engineering changes.
Support vendor coordination and feasibility analysis from a tooling and casting perspective.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
