**Job Summary**:
As a Housekeeping Guest Service Agent (GSA), you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards. Your primary duties will include cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, responding to guest requests, and maintaining inventory of supplies. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests to ensure a positive experience during their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest rooms.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas, including corridors, elevators, and lobby.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
