Here's the JD for operations

1.Approve and amend the soft copies of the experience certificates/CDR/RPLs sent by the branches and surf internet.

2. Scrutiny of the documents received from branches for skill assessment, State Sponsorship and DIAC Case filing.

3. Preparing cases for filing with respective skill assessment bodies, State Sponsorship.

4. Send reminders to clients & branches for retrieval of documents for skill assessment, state sponsorship & DIAC.

5. Review the file after receiving positive result and send appropriate advice to client/branch.

6. To look after the documentation during processing of Skill assessment, State Sponsorship and DIAC. To send acknowledgement, medicals, landing papers to client/branch. And retrieve the document as per the requirement of respective authority.
