Job Title**:Admission Counsellor**

**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand prospective students' goals and explain how our programs can meet their needs.

**Application Process Support**:
**Admissions Strategy**:

- Participate in virtual information sessions, webinars, and other promotional events to showcase the Online programs.

**Student Onboarding**:

- Conduct pre-admission calls to provide information on next steps and answer any final questions.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for admitted students by providing guidance on registration, payment processes, and orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Graduation / master’s degree (Any specialisation)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, or customer service, preferably in a higher education setting.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of online learning platforms and admissions processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position.
