We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / Honda / TVS / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

Department:

- Spare Parts Wholesale (Royal Enfield)

Work Experience:

- **min 2 Yrs** in Area / Channel Sales & Business Development (Lucknow & nearby outstation)

Qualification:

- Graduation (**MBA** preferred)

Necessary Key Requirements:

- **Two Wheeler **& **Valid Driving License**:

- Basic computer skills - Mail, MS Excel
- Proficiency in Local Language
- Adhaar Card

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
- Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
- Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
- Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Interview Round:

- 1st Round **Telephonic** / 2nd Round **Face to Face** at Lucknow Head Office

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary:

- Rs.15,000-25,000/- per month + Min Monthly Incentive Rs. 5,000-8,000/- (as per performance) + Travel Allowance +Dearness Allowance+ PF & ESIC benefits. + Insurance (Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental and Rs.1 Lakh Medical).
