About the Role

We are hiring passionate dance instructors to create high-quality online dance fitness courses. These courses, containing 30 to 100 videos, will cover dance forms such as Zumba, Eastern (e.g., Bollywood, Bharatanatyam), Western (e.g., Salsa, Hip-Hop), and Global (e.g., Samba, K-Pop Dance), promoting health benefits like cardio, strength, and stress relief worldwide.

**However, we are not looking for a group performance, but rather an individual video performance.**

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality dance fitness videos for online courses, focusing on health-oriented routines suitable for all fitness levels.
- Develop engaging choreography in one or more dance categories: Zumba, Eastern, Western, or Global.
- Produce and deliver professional, high-quality videos independently, following our creative guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to music licensing (Zumba-approved or commercially licensed tracks).

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in one or more dance categories: Zumba (ZIN membership preferred), Eastern (e.g., Bollywood, Belly Dance), Western (e.g., Ballet, Tango), or Global (e.g., Reggaeton, Flamenco).
- Ability to create inclusive, health-oriented dance routines for online audiences.
- Professional presentation and cultural sensitivity for authentic choreography.
- Capability to manage recording through your own resources (no recording skills required).
