**Job Summary**: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Your primary duties will include ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards. You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
- Assign duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Train new employees on departmental procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
