**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for UI/UX designers having a creative mind and are passionate about delivering a well-designed, scalable, intuitive user interface.
- Motivated to learn new design techniques and methods through experimentation and peer knowledge sharing, that will help in self
- development and execution of first-rate solutions.
- Promotes a humble behaviour and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Developing user experience for web apps/mobilapps (iOS/Android)
- A deep understanding of current tools and design trends, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframe
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop delightful user experiences and ensure designs are optimized and implemented effectively

- Having good team spirit and excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- A designer who is creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Bring valuable ideas/solutions and renewed approaches to each project.

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to drive client meetings F2F or virtually to gather information on the project
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and requirements, analyse them and share queries
- Excellent communication skills to articulate project/business proposals to clients/customers
- Leadership quality to lead the team on the right path and motivate them to deliver positive outcomes
- Nimble minded, to deal with the clients and customers and negotiate promptly

**Qualification**:

- Experience: 2-4 years’ experience.
- Job location: Thane (onsite)
- Preferred Bachelor of Design, Master of Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Arts, certificate or diploma in UI/UX Designing from renowned institutes

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
