**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Curate, schedule, and manage high-performing content for Facebook pages across diverse categories.

2. Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and platform-specific cultural shifts to ensure maximum engagement.

3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine and enhance content and campaign strategies.

4. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

5. Optimise campaigns based on insights and A/B testing to improve ROI and engagement.

6. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling digital content.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content curation and social media strategy.

2. In-depth understanding of Facebook algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior.

3. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and trends.

6. Excellent communication and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
