This position exists to ensure smooth functioning of daily Financial activities and to Track and provide Financial Performance metrics for the business.
- He would also be responsible to ensure compliances with Accounting Practices and Legal Regulations.
- EBITDA and Consumption of Centre is sync with centre director Collection Licence Fees/ Revenue Share/ Common Area Maintenance / Utilities (Local Franchise retailer not considered)
- Kiosk to issue PDC for entire term Adherence to Schedule (Monthly reports - 10th of every month, Statutory compliances, Maintenance of Insurance Policies, Tracking of all Outward Asset Movement)
- Co-ordinate with Legal Team to close agreement for Store Operations without one Audit Score achieved in various Audits (legal, Internal Audit, Process Audit etc.)
- To ensure timely Accounting and payment of all vendors engaged at mall Invoices to be checked and generated every month in Pascal with billing and process Documentation
- Achieve Centre budget (Cash flow management)
- Collection from Retailer and Developer
- Management fees and salaries
- Vendor management and payment
- Training Knowledge of Accounting practices
- Knowledge of tax rules
- Dexterity on excel, accounting software

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
