Job Summary

To achieve Division-wise Sales Target (SAP Value).
Primary and secondary target to be achieved by coordinating and executing all sales and distribution related plans and activities and to guide front liners so as to ensure target achievement for the assigned territory.
Execution of GGT/FBT Distribution Strategy in urban markets & Sub stockists.
Ensuring stock rotation to keep stocks fresh.
Focus on Extraction to measure the Business from the effected expansion, ensure the desired throughput from the Field Force is achieved.
Daily Calls Made, Bill Cut, ECO, and Retail Brands Distribution Dash Board to be made available in the TAB for all the Line Managers.
To be responsible on cheque bouncing and coordinate with the commercial team
