As a Telecaller for our IT Training Institute, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollment and engagement with our training programs. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential students, provide them with information about our courses, and encourage them to enroll. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, so your communication skills and ability to create a positive first impression are essential. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our IT training programs or who are part of our lead database.
- Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, trainers, and benefits to potential students. Address their queries and concerns effectively.
- Lead Conversion: Convincingly communicate the value of our training programs and guide potential students through the enrollment process.
- Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and update the lead database with relevant information.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align your efforts with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
- Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the institute.

Qualification : Any Bachelor's Degree, Under Graduate can also apply

Great Interpersonal skill

Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Marathi

Computer Proficiency

Job Type : Full Time, Part Time

Experience : Freshers can apply, internship experience of 6 months will be preferred

Job Mode : In Office (Offline)

Salary : 12,000 Rs to 15,000Rs Months + Incentives

Schedule : Day Shift, Morning Shift, Rotational Shift
