**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Replication**:Examine images and visual references of women's lingerie and sleepwear designs and replicate them with precision and accuracy.
- **Pattern Making**: Develop patterns based on design concepts, ensuring proper fit and comfort.
- **Sewing and Construction**:Execute the entire garment construction process, from cutting fabrics to sewing and finishing, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that finished products meet the company's standards for craftsmanship and design accuracy.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the design team to understand creative concepts, provide input on feasibility, and contribute to the development of new designs.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of fabrics and materials, adjusting techniques as needed to achieve the desired results.
- **Timeliness**:Complete assigned projects within established timelines, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tailor with a focus on women's lingerie and sleepwear.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work, particularly in replicating designs from visual references.
- Proficient in pattern making and garment construction techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the design team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving design concepts and materials.

**Education and Experience**:

- Formal education or apprenticeship in tailoring or fashion design is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on women's lingerie and sleepwear

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
