We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Education Verification Associate**to join our **background verification** team. The role involves conducting **education verifications.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure v**erification requests are initiated as per client specifications and guidelines**.
- **Follow up with verification sources to obtain timely and accurate responses.**:

- Accurately document and report verified information in the prescribed format.
- Ensure all verifications are completed within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and process compliance throughout the verification cycle.
- Consistently achieve assigned production and quality targets.
- Adhere to established quality benchmarks and operational protocols.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal guidelines related to delivery timelines, client responsiveness, and process integrity.

**Requirements**:

- **0-1 years of experience in background verification or a similar role**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Good telephone etiquette and professionalism.**:

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple verifications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
