Mis Executive

**MIS Executive**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making across various departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
- Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and implement tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Documentation: Document data processes, procedures, and standards to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Location**: Mohali

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
