The Aroma Fine Dine Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate **Tandoor Chef** to join our culinary team. As a Tandoor Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian tandoori dishes while maintaining the high-quality standards of our fine dining establishment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including breads (naan, roti), kebabs, tikkas, and tandoori mains.
- Operate and manage the tandoor oven, ensuring proper heat management.
- Marinate meats, paneer, and vegetables with authentic spices.
- Ensure the highest hygiene standards in the kitchen, especially in tandoor area.
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan and execute menu items.
- Maintain stock and ensure freshness of ingredients used for tandoor dishes.
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants working in the tandoor section.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Expertise in traditional tandoori cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
