**Responsibilities**:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Monitor and manage network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring data security and integrity.

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.

Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and minimize downtime.

Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to protect against cybersecurity threats.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3 to 4 years of experience in IT administration, with hands-on experience in managing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and server administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
