Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Provide customers with product information and usage instructions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field

1-2 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficient in using MS Office and customer service software
