Maximizing learning opportunities both within and outside the classroom through fieldtrips, visiting speakers, varied teaching styles and resources.
- To ensure that all lessons are planned and delivered with clear aims and objectives as per the curriculum requirement.
- To encourage all students to be actively engaged in their own learning and in reviewing their progress. Establishing and monitoring clear homework expectations and providing meaningful feedback.
- To ensure that the classroom atmosphere is positive at all times and encourage and foster intellectual curiosity.
- To deal with inappropriate behaviour quickly and effectively according to the school policy.
- Ensuring a positive friendly professional working environment where all staff are equally valued and are part of a team.
- Being punctual and working effectively in a transparent and collaborative manner.
- Keeping appropriate levels of confidentiality regarding students, staff and our community both now and in the future.
- Following school administrative policies and procedures.

Undertaking a contributory role in student well‐being as either a homeroom teacher or assistant homeroom teacher.

- Maintaining accurate attendance records.
Ensuring excellent lines of communication with all staff, parents and children.
- Creatively displaying student work within classrooms and the shared areas of the school.
- Any other Roles and responsibilities chosen by the THLC school Administration should be taken up.
- To attend scheduled meetings in the Department and school, and contributing to professional meetings, collaborative planning, activities and events.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
