**JOB TITLE: CHIEF DESIGNER - PIPING**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- As an Area Lead PDMS / E3D Designer, lead a team of PDMS / E3D designers in carrying out layout engineering, PDMS /E3D 3D modelling for onshore Oil & Gas Detailed Engineering projects assuming entire responsibility and execute the project within budgeted man-hour and project schedules by maintaining required quality
- Extensive use of PDMS /E3D as 3D modeling tool for Oil and Gas EPC or Lump Sum Projects
- Experience in upstream oil & gas, refinery, refinery, petrochemical or polypropylene EPC or Lump Sum projects
- Should have sufficient knowledge and skill to create plant layout for Oil and Gas Upstream EPC or Lump Sum Projects.
- Ability to develop all equipment layout with sufficient safety distance and facilities on the Plot plan.
- Create Equipment, Piping, and support in PDMS /E3D.
- Ability to read P&ID and create PDMS /E3DModel.
- Knowledge of PMS (piping material specification) and piping design basis.
- Capable of creating, extracting, and annotating 2d drawings in PDMS /E3D Draft and AutoCAD.
- Ability to drive the 3D Model review with the client.
- Capable to extract, update, and issue Isometrics.
- Ability to prepare for MTO.
- Ability to do piping line shoot in AutoCAD.
- Effective communication skills in English.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of related oil & gas / FEED experience.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in PDMS /E3D for 3D modelling of Equipment’s Piping and supports for piping and drawing generation in PDMS /E3D draft and AutoCAD.
