**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal staffing levels for shifts.

**Production Management**:

- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules and targets are met.
- Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality of finished products.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements to address quality issues.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Investigate and report any workplace accidents or safety incidents.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and submit production reports and documentation as required.
- Address and resolve any employee concerns or conflicts in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
