To manage the building teams at our company, we are looking for a trustworthy, motivated construction supervisor. The duties of the construction supervisor encompass hiring new employees, supervising work and offering suggestions for enhancement, and instructing all personnel on safety protocols. Make sure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the necessary supplies and tools on hand.
In order to succeed as a construction supervisor, you must be able to impart to the team a solid awareness of building standards and safety laws. Excellent construction supervisors are problem solvers who can see issues and come up with workable solutions.

**Construction Supervisor Responsibilities**:
Ensuring that groups collaborate to produce high-quality work by the deadline.

Training and team-building exercises, as well as process monitoring, are necessary during construction.

Ensuring constant compliance with health and safety laws.

Carrying out regular site, material, and equipment inspections.

Arranging frequent meetings with management, employees, site inspectors, and vendors.

Drafting project plans, budgets, and reports and delivering them to the appropriate parties.

Collaborating closely with professionals such as architects.

Remaining current with safety regulations and developments in the building industry.

Helping with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.

**Construction Supervisor Requirements**:

- High school diploma, Draftsman or similar.

Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.

Experience in the construction industry required.

Experience in a leadership role recommended.

Valid driver's license.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
