- Assessment Creation and Solutioning:

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand assessment requirements.
- Develop innovative assessment solutions tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Ensure the seamless execution of assessment projects, from ideation to implementation.
- Platform Capabilities and Assessment Products:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of our assessment platform capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in assessment products.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing existing assessment offerings and developing new products.
- Roadmap and Backlog Management:

- Maintain a clear and well-defined product roadmap.
- Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business objectives.
- Manage product backlogs effectively, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Development, to align product strategy with business goals.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
- Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential areas for growth.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in assessment creation and solutioning for prospects and clients.
- In-depth understanding of assessment products, particularly behavioral and communication skills assessments.
- Familiarity with assessment platform capabilities and technology.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to track and prioritize product development roadmaps and backlogs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
