**Roles and Responsibilities**

RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Managing the different activities related to logistics like storage, record and billing.

2) Working in coordination with other staff to complete all the tasks related to logistics.

3) Negotiate with service provider for the appropriate price model based on the market

standard and source alternative vendor as support function.

4) Managing and changing the shipment schedules according to the orders and customer

schedule with all custom clearance requirements.

5) Prepare and update SOP and WI for logistics day to day activities and train sub-ordinates.

6) Tacking and monitoring shipments for customers and material shipping, incoming

materials, outgoing finished product and delivery schedule.

7) Identifying the logistic problems and responsible for troubleshooting related to

transportation and implement the right solutions.

8) Knowledge in SAP and other documents like E-way bill, form 7, Chart chit and other

transport documents.

9) Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to

time.

10) Ensure that internal teams to recommend the most appropriate transportation modes,

routes and frequency based on requirements.

11) Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods to ensure that

logistic KPI meet as per requirements.

12) Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for

management review meeting and audits.

13) Job objective

Maintaining continuity of supply for in house raw material and customer delivery

Maintenance standards quality as per GMP

Avoidance of duplication, waste and obsolescence

Involve in Developing alternative transportation/mode/route

LOGESTIC EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENT:
Industry : Pharma Industry

Qualification :Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering/Logistic/ SCM course

Experience Level : 3-5 years of experience in In & Out Bound Logistics/SCM
