**Job Title**: LT ICU Incharge
**Location**: Chennai, India
**Qualification**: BSc, GNM, PB BSc
**Experience**: Minimum 8 years
**Salary**: Negotiable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICU department.
- Managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Implementing and enforcing protocols and procedures for patient care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure holistic patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc) or equivalent.
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Post Basic BSc Nursing (PB BSc).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICU nursing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
