JOB DESCRIPTION The key responsibilities of the Design Engineer (Solar) would be to prepare layouts of solar plants based on site surveys, generate PVSys reports with the planned layout, optimize solutions for installation & commissioning, finalizing layouts as per actual installation for handover to clients and maintaining communication with all stakeholders. LOCATION Indore, Madhya Pradesh SCOPE OF WORK Responsibilities: Site visit and survey for planning the layout Preparing site layout pre-installation Collaborating on the design phase of rooftop solar power plants (PV Layout, SLD, PVSYST, SketchUp) Contribute to the erection process, ensuring adherence to design specifications Engaging in testing procedures to validate system performance (PVSys, IV Curve, Thermal Imaging, etc.) Work closely with the commissioning team to bring the plant into operation. Maintaining communication with all stakeholders Skills and Qualifications: Engineering degree 1-2 years experience in Solar Industry Adept with AutoCAD or similar software for designing Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Able to work in a team or lead a team Open to challenging projects outside areas of experience or comfort zone Ability to take initiatives Eager to lear

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
