**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to create social 'buzz' regarding promotional events and other services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences to ensure maximum effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
- Leverage social media metrics tools to track performance and determine improvement areas.
- Advise other employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the company.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
