**Job Title**: Graphics Designer

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and design visual content for print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, logos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Work on layout, color schemes, typography, and other design elements to create high-quality deliverables.
- Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Prepare designs for production and ensure accuracy for print and digital output.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience in creating branding guidelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
