**Position Overview**:As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying key players in the solar industry and effectively pitching our high-quality solar structure products. This position requires a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
**Key Responsibilities and Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
**Identifying Relevant Prospects**:Research and identify potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the solar installation industry.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts within the target market.
Utilize market research and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and potential leads.
**Site Visits and Product Pitching**:Arrange and conduct site visits to potential clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Present our solar structure products in a compelling manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Customize product presentations based on the client's project specifications and demonstrate how our solutions align with their goals.
**Relationship Building**:Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Actively engage in follow-up communications to address inquiries and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and the solar market landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
