**Responsibilities**
- **Patient Experience Ownership**: Take full responsibility for the patient experience during all live sessions.
- **Sessions Management**: Manage the leave calendar for in-house session coaches, ensuring seamless session continuity by arranging replacements as needed.
- **Daily Task Coordination**: Follow up with session coaches on their daily tasks, ensuring all preparations and follow-ups are completed on time.
- **Freelance Coach Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for all freelance coaches, coordinating schedules, and ensuring they are aligned with our standards and expectations.
- **Session Audits**: Conduct regular audits of live sessions according to our SOPs to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
- **Feedback Collection**: Engage with patients to gather feedback on sessions, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- **Technical Support**: Assist patients with any technical difficulties encountered while joining live sessions, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience.
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**: Proactively identify and implement initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of live sessions, incorporating innovative practices and feedback from patients and coaches.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage in-house and freelance personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with patients, coaches, and team members.
- Proven ability to manage projects and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care and service excellence.
- Technical proficiency with common digital communication tools and platforms, like Zoom and Google Meet

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
