**About the Role (Scrum Master Intern)**
- **Type**: Internship (12 months)
- **Stipend**: ₹5,000 per month
- This role is for students who want to **learn Agile and Scrum practices** by working on real projects.
- You will work closely with experienced Scrum Masters and development teams.
- If your performance is good, there is a chance for a **full-time role (PPO)** after the internship.
**Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)**
- **Facilitate Scrum Meetings** - Help run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- **Support the Team** - Make sure the development team follows Scrum principles properly.
- **Remove Roadblocks** - Assist the Scrum Master in solving issues that block the team’s progress.
- **Promote Collaboration** - Encourage teamwork, open communication, and accountability.
- **Track Progress** - Use tools like Jira or Trello to monitor team activities.
- **Learn & Grow** - Take part in training and mentorship to improve your Agile knowledge.
**Qualifications (What They Expect from You)**
- Currently studying **Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Basic knowledge of **Agile and Scrum**.
- Strong **communication and problem-solving skills**.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and good at teamwork.
- Knowledge of tools like **Jira/Trello** is a plus (not mandatory).
- Interest in **software development and project management**.
