1. Your primary objective is to deliver the highest standards of medical excellence & patient experience by effectively communicating with them.
2. Conducting basic examination, special tests such as trichoscan, dermascan, body mass analysis, etc. and recording the findings.
3. Concluding the diagnosis and explain the patients about scope of treatments at angels for their problems, nature of treatments, approximate duration of treatment, statistics of patients treated with similar complaints and expected outcomes.
4. Lead and motivate the clinic team to maintain high quality care provided to all customers as well as ensure clinic growth and advancement in quality as well as all business parameters.
5. Following company prescribed protocols, systems and processes for improved medical efficiency.
6. Provide on-job training new doctors and support staff.
7. Attend cases upscaled to them
Enquiries where a second opinion is needed
Cases where remedy guidance is needed
Aggravated cases where treatment guidance is needed
Complaint cases or dissatisfied patients
Difficult cases where extra care is needed
Conducting regular meetings with the clinic team and discuss strategy to manage work and achieve targets and goals.
8. Hearing and resolving team grievances to maintain a peaceful and healthy working atmosphere.
9. Providing management with relevant reports and information as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹10,253.35 - ₹20,579.63 per month
