**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Design and Development**:

- Develop and design comprehensive CPD programs and workshops that align with current educational technology trends and best practices.
- Create training materials, resources, and instructional guides tailored to the needs of educators and institutions, with a specific focus on Google Workspace for Education, Canva for Education, and myViewBoard software.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for educators, both in-person and online.
- Demonstrate the use of Google Workspace for Education, Canva for Education, and myViewBoard software to create engaging and interactive lesson content.
- Provide hands-on training and support to help educators integrate these technologies effectively into their teaching practices.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and emerging trends.
- Provide follow-up support and resources to ensure the successful implementation of training outcomes.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work closely with school administrators, IT staff, and other stakeholders to understand their professional development needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Offer ongoing support and mentorship to educators to enhance their confidence and proficiency in using educational technology tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote CPD programs and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering professional development training, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace for Education, Canva for Education, and myViewBoard software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage educators with diverse levels of technological proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google for Education (Certified Trainer, Certified Educator) or equivalent is a plus.
