We are seeking a skilled Commercial Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to

with multiple options for commercial interior spaces. They will work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray,

etc. to produce accurate plans, layouts, elevations, and sections. Attention to detail and a

commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate detailed 2D layouts with multiple options for commercial interior spaces.
- Utilize AutoCAD proficiently to create and modify plans, layouts, elevations, and sections.
- Compare and analyze plans, layouts, elevations, and sections to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Produce 3D views of the space with multiple slides to present design options.
- Coordinate with vendors and track ongoing work updates.
- Interact with clients and internal team to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless project execution.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of MEP layouts.
- Maintain knowledge of materials commonly used in office space design.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience working in commercial design is required for this position
- Strong understanding of architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and sections.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and inter-departmental coordination.
- Proactive attitude towards managing vendors and project timelines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a no-compromise attitude.
