Kolkata, India Center for Career and Life-Design Counselling Full time

**Academic Qualification**:Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a very good academic profile. MPhil degree is preferred, but not essential.

**Duties and responsibilities**

1) Doing Content Research and help developing specialized protocols for “Career and Life Design Counselling” and help providing counselling sessions

2) Assessments of counselee using psychometric and other behavioural profiling tools

3) Working with counselee to overcome issues that could weaken their accomplishment in academic, professional and/or personal life.

4) Monitoring and evaluating the outcome of counselling

5) Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars

6) Developing course materials on 21st century life skills (as recommended by the World Health Organization) and help conducting training programs on that

**Skills and Aptitudes**:

- Openness to learning new things and having enthusiasm to stay updated with current academic/ practice trends
- Well-versed in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Keen interest in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent public speaking abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
