We are seeking a **versatile Soldering Technician & Inventory Specialist** with expertise in **BGA, WFN, and all types of electronic packages**. This role combines hands-on soldering skills, **inventory management**, and **basic PCB design capabilities**. You’ll also support **3D printing operations** for prototyping and product development.

**Responsibilities:Soldering & PCB Assembly**:

- Perform **through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) soldering**, including **BGA (Ball Grid Array)** and **WFN (Wafer-Level Packaging)**.
- Assemble and test **electronic components and devices** on PCBs.
- Inspect soldered connections for **quality and precision**.
- Repair and rework defective solder joints and components.
- Operate **reflow ovens** and other soldering tools.
- Follow **schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions** accurately.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and manage **electronic component inventory** using digital tools.
- Track and update **BOM (Bill of Materials)** records accurately.
- Ensure timely procurement and stocking of essential components.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages during production.

**PCB Design Support**:

- Work with **basic PCB design tools (e.g., KiCAD)** to assist in minor adjustments and updates.
- Support PCB layout review and modifications under supervision.

**3D Printing Operations**:

- Operate and maintain **3D printing equipment** for prototyping and product development.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with 3D printing hardware and software.
- Ensure printed components meet design specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **soldering SMT, through-hole, BGA, and WFN packages**.
- Proficiency in **inventory management systems and BOM handling**.
- Basic knowledge of **KiCAD** or similar PCB design tools.
- Experience operating **3D printing equipment**.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical schematics and PCB layouts**.
- Familiarity with **soldering tools and reflow ovens**.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work **independently** and **collaboratively** in a team environment.
- Certification in **IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001** (preferred but not mandatory).
