Boss Security is a leading security services provider with a strong focus on after-hours security operations and surveillance. We are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist based in India to oversee our after-hours security operations and CCTV monitoring for sites located in Canada.

As the Operations Specialist, you will be working in Mohali office and be responsible for managing and overseeing after-hours security operations, including CCTV monitoring for multiple sites in Canada. This role demands a high level of responsibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work during Canadian night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of security personnel and CCTV operators.
- Ensure all security operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and protocols.
- Monitor CCTV feeds in real-time, ensuring any suspicious activity is identified and responded to promptly.
- Coordinate with Canadian site supervisors and clients to address any security concerns or incidents.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on security operations and incidents to senior management.
- Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle security tasks effectively.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for security operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations during after-hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in security management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with international teams.
- Ability to work night shifts corresponding to Canadian time zones.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
