- Communicate with upper management on a regular basis.
- Assisting various other higher executives and also the company's Board Of Directors.
- Has to report to various parts of the organization in which he or she works at like Chief Operations Officer, Facilities Executive etc.
- Ready to travel to meet the requirements of Business needs.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Individuals working as an Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- Monitoring operational performance and communicate with both internal and external service providers.
- Develop strategic goals in collaboration with other executives
- Oversee the daily functions of the business.
- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
- Give suggestions for operational improvements
- Create and maintain a healthy work environment among operations teams
- **Qualification**_
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6 months of experience as a personal Assistant, Operation executive, Administration is preferred.
- **Skills**_
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills

**age limit : 21 - 28 preferred**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month.
