**About the Job** - We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer with excellent communication skills and 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. This role requires hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a small to mid-size team of developers.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex (Triggers, Batch classes, Test classes).
- Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) from scratch.
- Design and implement various types of Salesforce Flows.
- Work on complex integrations with other systems.
- Utilize Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
- Strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex.
- 2+ years of experience creating LWC components from scratch.
- Good understanding of different types of Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with complex integrations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, and Sales
