Understanding customer requirements and converting into technical solutions
- Creation and enhancing technical architectures in Identity and Access Management landscape
- Hands on experience in developing IAM tool extensions using programming languages like - C#, Java, PowerShell
- Hands on experience in SQL Server or Oracle databases - SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers
- Hands on experience in Azure AD, Activity Directory, LDAP setup & configuration
- Knowledge on integration between IAM tools to other systems like - Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Fileshare etc.
- Knowledge on.NET, Oracle technologies is added advantage
- Knowledge on Okta or SailPoint Identity Now or any other IGA tools is added advantage
- Conduct requirements gathering and joint design sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including evaluating business requirements and security technologies, planning technology deployment, mentoring security engineering teams, and soliciting feedback from security operations teams and other internal customers
- Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions.
