**Role: Splunk Admin**

**Experience: 3 to 5 years**

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Splunk & knowledge on setting up Splunk servers, event logging, indexing, deployment apps, data models, summary indexing, creation of dashboards, alerts.
- Strong working knowledge in Linux Administration.
- Mandatory experience with scripting languages, regular expressions to automate tasks and manipulate data.
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication skills and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Splunk certification is an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for working closely with Infrastructure, Application team to ingest data to Splunk and plan the monitoring strategy.
- Assist and provide best practices in adoption, expansion, additional use cases and in setting up Splunk.
- Monitor and maintain Splunk performance, availability, and capacity.
- Develop reliable, efficient queries, summary indexes, data models that will feed custom alerts and dashboards.
- Implementation of Splunk monitoring by creating forwarder apps to ingest the data.

**Qualifications**

BE/BTech/MCA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
