Required a receptionist who has work experience in any sector in front desk, in managing calls, walk in Clients, Client appointment, data entry ,billings and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Answering visitor’s enquiry and directing visitors to their destination.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and Material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures).
- Update calendar and schedule meetings.
- Maintaining courier register, inward/outward Register.
- Maintaining attendance data and sales and service report.
- Keep update records of office expense and cost.
- Verifying courier bills and submitting to the accounts department.
- Handling sales inquiry and Telecalling.

**Qualification**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, Front office representative or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS office suits.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good Organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to priorities.
- Client handing attitude.

**Requirements**:
