**Position Reports to: Sr. Manager Legal**
**Department: Legal**
**Qualification: LLB with Sanad**
**Mandatory Skills: Real Estate Industry**
**Total Years of Experience: 3-4 Yrs**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Draft various Letters, reply, rejoinder, Notice etc. independently in line with all

applicable laws
- Consistently monitored compliances with statutory obligations in alignment with RERA
- Conduct extensive research on matters relating to the development and promotion of the real estate sector, extensively reviewed in-house agreements, evaluated legal implications and assisted in managing the MIS of the department.
- Should be able to handle or update RERA website as per requirement
- Co.ordinate with all internal departments as and when require
- Attend and represent on going court matters to the Organization in various court of law in Mumbai and Maharashtra ;
- Co.Ordination with on record Advocates for legal matter.
- Should have knowledge of Title Documents and able to do Title Due Diligence independently.
- Drafting synopsis on judgements as passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court, case of Competition Law, Supreme Court Judgements, ongoing court matters etc.;
- Collecting and maintaining backup papers of legal notice/litigation/Projects and all other related documents
- Co.ordinate with Bank/Financial Institution for APF process or other requirements as per instruction of reporting Manager.
- Any other legal work as per instruction of Reporting Manager.
- Compensation: As per industry Standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
