ACT Plast Paints Private Limited is a leading manufacturer in the paint and electroplating industry, offering high-quality services and products. We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our maintenance department.

We are hiring a **Maintenance Department Trainee** to join our team. As a trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance team with daily operations and ensuring the proper functioning of our machinery and equipment. This is a permanent, on-roll position with growth opportunities in the company. The role will involve both electrical and mechanical maintenance in our paintshop and electroplating units.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and machinery in the paintshop and electroplating sections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues.
- Support the maintenance team in carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Ensure smooth operation of the production equipment by performing minor repairs and adjustments.
- Assist with safety checks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- **Freshers**: A Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or ITI in Electrical Maintenance is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
