**Role Overview**: We'll keep it simple, ARRCOAT is building India's 1st Lime & Marble based coatings brand. It is the future of a chemical-free and natural method of finishing walls, floors, and related surfaces. And for this '0' VOC product to be accepted and understood by the masses, we need skillful video specialists like you to create authentic, natural, and appealing content. We need a Content Producer/Editor full time to work with the rest of the marketing team to lead us into the future.

Since this is a start-up our first and foremost expectation is for you to be as enterprising and responsible as possible. We are looking for individuals with a great passion for creation and strife to execute it.

**Qualifications**:
First and foremost, you have to be open to new ideas and criticism. That's the least we expect.
- Advanced level at Premiere Pro/Da Vinci or any other equivalent.
- Strong at handling professional cameras and related equipment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Ideation to execution - If you're quick there, you're family already.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for video content that align with our brand's tone and objectives.
- Capture high-quality footage, both on-site and in-studio, utilizing various equipment and techniques.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging, and impactful videos for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, script, and storyboard video content.
- Manage end-to-end video production, from ideation and filming to post-production and final delivery.
- Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and editing software to continuously improve video quality.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it's in proper working condition.

The proof of any business or startup starts with the product. To promote or develop a product the marketing team needs to have a singular focus on communication. And hence we are currently in efforts to creating a solid in-house team of marketing professionals with great enterprising morals and work-ethic to take on the task of product communication in any way or form. We believe that creation of material is essential to the success of communication, and hence we would like the in-house marketing team to oversee all forms of communication within the company.
