- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Masters degree in Education/Design/Arts/Engineering/Arch

**Position Description**:

- Train interns/designers/freshers in skill and early project development skills this can be through programs or live projects in Accessory/merch design etc. Additionally support design education curriculum/liason with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineneers in TVSM.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Train interns/designers/freshers in skill and early project development skills
- Support live short term projects in Accessory/merch design etc.
- Support design education curriculum/liason with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineneers in TVSM.
- Write QSPs and documentation for design education for further reference
- Liason with HRBP/HRD training to complement needs and gaps in continous design training
